Shipping & Handling

All refunds will be handled immediately. There is absolutely no reason why we should put your funds on hold if you are not happy with your purchase. It might take a few hours until any funds will appear on your payment gateway. You may need to contact your payment gateway for precise details.

We understand that there will be times our customers may want to cancel a purchase. We do accept cancellation as long as the package has not been posted. Once a package is posted, we cannot intervene in a shipment with our postal unit.
