The colors of the plastic pellets do not fade but they should never be placed inside mouth to avoid choking hazard. Personally I did not know the brand, from a brief research I learned that it is a Chinese company that has been on the market for a few years, which mainly produces plastic brick toy sets. The bricks are similar to Lego but the overall design of the sets are unlike any brand I have seen.
